Your duties include

    • Practice-oriented teaching in the fields of business administration, SCM as well as project and process management
    • Establishment and expansion of the dual course of study "General Management" incl. Course management
    • Support of practice partners and practice modules
    • Supervision of practical and final theses
    • Active participation in academic self-government

Recruitment pursuant to Article57 (3) of the BayHIG

    • Completed university studies, preferably in the field of business administration / industrial engineering
    • Special competence for scientific work, which is usually proven by the quality of a doctorate
    • Pedagogical aptitude
    • Special achievements in the application or development of scientific knowledge and methods in a professional practice of at least five years, which must have been acquired after graduation from higher education and of which at least three years must have been spent outside higher education. Proof of professional practice carried out outside the higher education sector can be provided in special cases by the fact that a significant part of the professional activity was carried out over a period of at least five years in cooperation between the university and non-university professional practice (in accordance with point 3 of the first sentence of Article 57(3) of the BayHIG).

    The university aims to increase the proportion of women, particularly in the scientific field (Article 7(3) of the BayGIG). With otherwise essentially the same suitability, competence and professional performance, severely disabled people are preferably hired. Recruitment takes place with a service contract analogous to the W salary. The professorship is associated with the obligation to offer courses at all locations of the university.
